Relax, unwind and align to wellbeing.

An abundance of anecdotal evidence about the benefits of Reiki treatment has been a catalyst for credible research into the effects of Reiki. The National Institutes of Health USA have trials under way to investigate the effect of Reiki on stress, fibromyalgia, AIDS, prostate cancer, painful neuropathy and cardio-vascular risk factors. A word from Lisa
When I have the opportunity to lay my hands on another, it feels to me like one of the greatest gifts that I can experience. I get to play in the present moment with my clients true essence. When the energy flows, we enter into a silent dance of joyful communication, where we meet on a playing field of pure love, joy and inspiration. Reiki always surprises me; and no two sessions are ever the same. We are inspired to remember who we are. We discover our inner peace, harmony, energy and alignment. Reiki for me is also fun, compassionate, kind, joyful, and unique, and I love it!
I am joyously at your service, to make your life a little brighter.
Love Lisa xxx

Pamela Miles, author of Reiki: A Comprehensive Guide and leading US exponent on the integration of Reiki into mainstream healthcare facilities, writes: “studies that have been done so far have showed promising results for using Reiki to reduce stress, anxiety and pain. The data include objective measures (decreased stress hormones, improved immune indicators, decreased heart rate and improved blood pressure) as well as subjective improvements in anxiety and pain.”
